Cunha Climatic Resort
Located in Alto Paraíba, the municipality of Cunha occupies 1,410 km² of hills and mountains, nestled between the Quebra-Cangalha, Bocaina and Mar mountains.
The average altitude is 1,100 meters and the highest points are Pico da Pedra da Macela (1,840 meters) and Pico do Cume (1,630 meters).
With a temperate and dry climate, the temperature can vary from –3 to 15 ºC in winter and from 15 to 25 ºC in summer.

Climatic station located 45 km from Paraty-RJ and Guaratinguetá-SP, in the middle of Serra do Mar and Bocaina, it is the municipality that conserves the largest reserve of Atlantic Forest in the country. There are dozens of waterfalls, thousands of springs and streams. Cunha is also an important center for artistic ceramics in South America.
